We successfully defended a component supplier in a wrongful death claim. The plaintiff’s husband died when a truck camper jack failed and the camper collapsed on him.

We represented a driver in a sudden, unintended acceleration case. Her engine opened full throttle when she shifted into gear, crashing into a customer at a gas station. The jury determined the driver was not responsible and found the manufacturer was 100% liable. We demonstrated the problem resulted from a power control module that had short circuited.

Plaintiff sued our client, the distributor of a motorized scooter, when he was injured while operating the device. The jury rejected plaintiff’s arguments about faulty brake and throttle design and returned a defense verdict.
